*If our cleaners turn up and there is no answer at the property please be aware you would be charged for 3 hours*

 

*In the event the cleaner is turned away by the client at the property they would be liable to pay the full invoice amount.*

Important

Any of our clients who believe that the cleaning is not being carried out properly or specific cleaning is being ignored, they are strongly advised to contact our head office immediately.

Any clean that has been booked as a light clean, has a maximum capped time limit of 10 hours. If any light cleaning exceeds this time limit, your light clean will automatically be invoiced as a deep clean.

any outstanding invoices will be charged 8% per month for late payments.

By accepting out deep clean our cleaners may take photos of your property as proof that it has been cleaned.
